Coca-Cola European Partners Sweden is looking for a Recruiter & Talent Developer to join our fantastic Talent Acquisition team primarily based out of our entirely new office in Jordbro, Stockholm! The role will cover all types of recruitment, both internal and external across CCEP’s functions; Commercial, Supply Chain and Support. You will also lead and work on HR projects, for example Employer Branding, Talent Management etc.

Profile & Role

In the role you will be responsible for the recruitment to our business on a day to day basis, both internal and external recruitment. This means that you will actively source talents (from the external market), build and execute our branding plans, manage stakeholders both internal and external and represent our organization in different forums as applicable to further drive our employer brand. The team has been very successful and is highly regarded both internally and externally. This role reports into the Associate Director.



  • Delivery of recruitment on a daily basis, both internally and externally through various methods such as advertising, direct search, referrals and the use of pipelines
  • You will also lead and work on HR projects, for example Employer Branding, Talent Management etc 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to create candidate pipelines utilizing a variety of sourcing methods like database mining, internet/web searches, direct sourcing, community organizations, networks, employee referrals, etc
  • Collaborate with colleagues across our territories to achieve best practices and drive innovation and projects
  • Follow-up on market trends and employment conditions within the labour market and initiate the introduction of new methods and processes in the local TA function. Focus on continuous improvement of the local TA activities, processes and methods in collaboration with the team
  • Consult and support hiring managers in the recruitment process
  • Manage stakeholders on a continuous basis to build relationships and to share trends and market data within the recruitment market

Qualifications and requirements

We believe that in order to be successful in this role you have a demonstrated track record in recruitment within a fast paced environment, at least two years. You are able to successfully multitask in a highly demanding role with your own recruitments and team leader responsibility. Having experience in similar role preferably within the FMCG industry is desirable but not required.

To be a successful candidate we believe that you fulfill the following requirements:

  • Full cycle recruitment experience and experience from direct sourcing, preferrably from internal recruitment
  • University Degree in a relevant subject
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Successfully being able to manage a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of the local recruitment market and trends within Sweden
  • Fluent, both verbally and written in: Swedish and English
