Group Campaign & Affiliate Marketing Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Affiliate & Campaign Marketing Manager to join our global marketing organization, to make his or her own footprint in the exciting growth journey which is taking place at EasyPark Group. The candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, analyzing data, tracking results, and solving problems). Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in an ever-changing business environment will also be key.

EasyPark Group is a leading digital service company focused on building the world’s most comprehensive marketplace for parking. The EasyPark app, which lets drivers find and pay for parking and electric vehicle charging, is the flagship product and is currently available in 11 European countries and Australia – but there’s a clear ambition to quickly grow that coverage. EasyPark has a user base of several million users and at the same time a high double-digit growth. This makes EasyPark a start-up like company in the digitalization / smart mobility / fintech space. Profile & Role

The Affiliate and Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining EasyPark affiliate growth strategy and managing the complete business development cycle, from identifying prospects through negotiation and closing, to affiliate partners on a group level. In the meantime, the candidate will also have the opportunity to lead branding driven marketing campaigns based on demands.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in strategic business development and online Affiliate Marketing CPA, CPC and CPM programs. This position requires deep experience in relationship management, campaign management and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the affiliate channel expansion strategy, KPIs, focusing on profitable user base growth
  • Manage the complete new business development cycle from researching & prospecting through negotiation & closing
  • Specify and work with product and IT organization to define and implement campaign capability roadmap required for affliate growth strategy
  • Investigate inbound requests from potential new affiliates and develop criteria to gauge viability, testing and scaling of new affiliate partners
  • Monitor and analyze performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and develop forecasts and models
  • Conceptualize inspiring marketing initiatives for key and prospect affiliate partners that pushes the limits of creativity and innovation. Understand and balance affiliate objectives with brand objectives and build high impact campaign concepts.
  • Managing and optimize on-going referral program channel from marketing perspectives.

  • Master/Bachelor's degree and passionate in marketing
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with solid track record. Outstanding measurable results comes first than number of years
  • Ability to work and drive growth independently within a matrix organization
  • Good with numbers and building analytical models
  • Effective collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently with a positive attitude
  • Result-driven and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated self-starter who can take charge of complex tasks from A to Z
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; engaged listening and presentation skills 
  • Native language skills in English, Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finish is a big plus!
