As Omega Pharma's next Jr Brand Manager you will work with innovation projects for Cosmetic and Medicated Skincare, as well as supporting in the Brand Management of the global brand Dermalex, with the total marketing toolbox!

In the Nordics we are market leaders in Derma with our locally developed skin care brand ACO and the medical emollients Canoderm and Miniderm.

Profile & Role

Jr Brand Manager

The Jr Brand Manager will work together with the Global Category Manager Dermacosmetics and support in Skincare Innovation projects as well as supporting in the Brand Management of the Global brand Dermalex with creating and managing the total marketing toolbox. 

The Cosmetic ranges includes the categories Face, Body, Sun, Hand & Foot, Deo, Scalp and Intimate Care for the brands ACO and Cosmica. The Medicated Skincare work will focus around the brand Dermalex.

  • The role is located at the Omega Pharma Nordic HQ in Kista
  • The role reports to the Global Category Manager and the Nordic/Global BU Head Medicated Skincare, and is a part of the Nordic Medicated Skincare BU Team (but works to large extent on the global projects). 

Expectations and tasks

Working closely with the Category Manager:

  • With Innovation and Key Markets ideate and create new concepts and product ideas for the Innovation Funnel through Global Innovation Workshops
  • Support in major Derma Innovation projects as well as driving minor Innovation projects independently, together will all parts of the STAR team (Marketing, Innovation, Supply, Regulatory) 
  • Support in major or independently run minor consumer insight & other research projects with relevant agencies 
  • Developing and maintaining the total Dermalex marketing tool-box including Commercial creatives, POS-material, KI-marketing/Medical marketing elements as well as digital tools and elements
  • Design development and artwork implementation and administration for the Dermalex brand
  • Coordination and Support of all Dermalex markets

What we look for

  • Newly graduate or up to 2 years of work experience in similar areas
  • Relevant academic background
  • Commercial awareness and business understanding
  • Fluent in English, oral and written (English is the official corporate language)
  • Experience from the FMCG or skin care industry is a strong merit
  • Basic PowerPoint and Excel competence

  • Comfortable in a less structured environment with the ability to create structure and process where it is lacking 
  • An analytical mindset and strong analytical skills.
