Primary responsibilities

The Parking Management Consultant will belong to EasyPark Norway and will have an overall responsibility for progress and results with the partners, mainly consisting of cities and private parking operators. 

The PMC role is broad and extends a complex mix of sales and business skills with responsibility to develop and maintain existing partnerships. The role covers everything from analysis, pre-sales, making agreements and follow through implementation to train the partner’s staff. Working with public procurements will be a central part of your job. Throughout the entire process you will demonstrate knowledge leadership and guide the partners towards full digitalization of their parking activities. In order to succeed in this it will require a high degree of collaboration with a number of internal stakeholders such as business development, IT and marketing.

Required skills and experience

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven person with experience from Key/National Account Management/Management Consultancy, strong in professional business development and co-operation at all levels. Being able to co-operate and communicate at executive level is essential.

The candidate is expected to have a relevant Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent but entrances to this position could be many.


  • 2-6 years of work experience after graduation within similar areas
  • Experience from working with public clients, and especially municipalities
  • Experience from structured sales processes and use of CRM tools
  • Excellent problem solving skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as deep understanding of stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking and ability to quickly understand how to address the partner and/or customers’ needs
  • Ability to design strong and convincing presentations
  • Ability to design, structure, and present business cases for potential and current partners
  • Well-structured to be able to prioritize and balance time and resource investments made in customer/partner leads, prospects, and going concern partners/customers
  • Analytical
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian
