Profile & Role

About the role

As People Operations Manager at EasyPark you will have an active role in the company by being the champion of our values and culture. You will drive initiatives connected to our vision and culture and support managers and teams to execute on those initiatives. Further you will support the managers across our ten markets in recruitments in order to secure future talent within the organisation. You will also help map competencies in order to support talent growth.

On a regular basis you will carry out employee surveys and bring the results to the organisation, which serve as a foundation for continued development for leaders and teams. You will drive our current initiatives within People Operations and develop these in order to make sure we continue on our strong path as an attractive employer.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Be part of driving the cultural agenda in the organization by supporting managers and teams in the ongoing work of living our values.
  • Being responsible for the recruitment process design and support managers across the organisation in recruitments.
  • Carrying out regular employee surveys and follow up the results with all managers.
  • Continue developing our current onboarding program for new employees at the EasyPark headquarters.
  • Mapping competencies across the organisation to help support talent growth.
  • Employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic BSc/MSc degree
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience from working in operational roles such as in sales or product management
  • At least 2 years of experience from working with people operations related areas preferably in high growth environments
  • Strong communications and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively support and connect with a diversity of different people in an international setting
  • Experience from recruitment is meriting and a passion for building strong teams by finding the right talents
  • You have previous experience from working with surveys (marketing, employee)
  • Fluency in English and additional languages are meriting. Swedish is not required.
