Profile & Role

As the Business Developer with the main focus on the B2B segment you will engage in, and lead, several exciting and business critical projects connected to the global expansion and development of EasyPark. The role as a Business Developer will get you exposed to a broad spectrum of business aspects, meaning that you will get unique insights into other organizational functions than your own, such as but not limited to User Experience (UX), Web, Apps, Finance, IT, Customer Care and Marketing.

Your main responsibility and starting point within EasyPark will be to take product ownership of and head up the development of the sales team infrastructure – which main components consists of a CRM system and a custom-built platform for generating and serving leads to the sales teams. The infrastructure is today supporting the Nordic markets with its +40 sales representatives but during the course of the year, an additional 3 European markets are awaiting your support. You will have 2 full-time developers at hand – so the resources needed are already in place.

Primary responsibilities

  • Continue the development of EasyPark's CRM & Leads IT infrastructure
  • Local market adaption of group strategy for lead generation
  • Sales analytics – direct sales team efforts towards the most profitable sub-segments
  • Continuous evaluation of new growth ideas and technology and how it can be applied to boost the sales team’s output
  • In addition to the main responsibility, this role will act as a project manager for a variety of product and business development and market roll-out projects

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Physics, Computer Science or another field that is data-driven and problem solving with a strong touch of entrepreneurship
  • +2 years relevant experience in business development, product management or management consulting with international exposure and preferably experience from digital services/platform business models
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as deep understanding of stakeholder management
  • Well-structured to be able to manage complex planning and multiple parallel work-streams
  • Strong business acumen and highly developed ability to think conceptually as prioritizations require you to think strategically as well as tactically considering many dimensions
  • Fluency in English is a requirement and more languages are meriting. Swedish is not required
